Iban, an independent physiotherapist specializing in motor rehabilitation, was spending over 30 minutes after each session writing physiotherapy reports. With a Notion CRM coupled with n8n automation, he reduced this time to under 2 minutes per report.

Iban works as an independent physiotherapist helping patients restore their mobility. His daily routine was disrupted by a complete absence of digital organization to manage his practice.

No CRM to centralize patient records. No structured tracking of sessions and therapeutic progress. Information was scattered across paper notebooks, loose notes, and memory.

After each appointment, Iban had to manually write a detailed physiotherapy report. This administrative task was taking over 30 minutes per session. With multiple daily patients, this workload was a significant drag on his productivity.
