How Drippl saved 625 hours per year by automating its customer communication.
From 2h30 to 0 min: complete automation via Slack & n8n of client communication for a content creation agency.
Drippl is a growth marketing agency specialized in full-funnel acquisition for DTC e-commerce brands. With over $12M in advertising budget managed across 13+ markets, the agency positions itself as a profitability-focused growth partner. The team operates as an integrated growth department for brands generating between $50K and $500K in monthly revenue. Faced with an increasing volume of creative content to manage for their 20+ clients, Drippl sought a solution to streamline its validation pipeline.
Context & Issue
Drippl managed its content creation pipeline using two distinct tools: Notion for internal project tracking and Slack for communication with clients. Each creative content piece was associated with a client and followed a multi-step validation process.
The manual process was time-consuming: at each step requiring client validation, the team had to send the content via Slack, wait for feedback, and then manually update the status in Notion. With 20+ active clients and dozens of creatives in progress, this management represented 2.5 hours of daily administrative work.
The team was getting lost in Slack messages and risking forgetfulness or delays in the validation follow-ups.
Method
After a complete audit of Drippl's operations, we developed a customized Slack application using Block Kit UI to fully automate the validation process.
Deployed Systems
Automatic Trigger: As soon as a creative status changes in Notion for a step requiring a review, an n8n automation is triggered
Interactive Slack Message: A message is automatically sent to the appropriate client channel with 3 action buttons:
"Open in Notion": Opens the shared page to review the content
"Accepted": Automatically validates and updates the status in Notion
"Rejected": Opens an input field to collect feedback
Return Management:
In case of validation: the status automatically moves to the next step in Notion
In case of rejection: feedback is added as a comment on the relevant Notion page, and the status returns to the previous step
We duplicated this solution for each of Drippl's 20+ clients, creating a perfectly segmented environment.
