Balthazar Agency is a food-loving communication agency based in Normandy since 2016. Specialized in communication for the food & beverage sector, they support clients in photography, social media strategy, website creation, visual identity, and branding.
Romane, the director, was already using Notion daily. The tool was useful to her, but the workspace had grown organically: scattered information, complicated navigation, difficulty finding the right data at the right time. She reached out to us to restructure her entire workspace and lay solid foundations for improved efficiency.

External collaboration
Separate database for sharing with the external video editor. Real-time tracking of video project progress, without granting access to the entire internal workspace.
Automated migration
Data transfer from the old workspace to the new one via n8n. No manual re-entry, no data loss. The agency's work history was preserved in the new structure.
